Berean Bible Hour:  Recorded Messages on the Radio
Every Sunday at 9:30am on KDWA 1460am, we air a message by Pastor Brandon.  This
ministry has been a great way for us to reach the entire south Metro area.  We have been
broadcasting messages for five years.  With more than 250 messages that have been
aired, many hearts and lives have been touched by hearing God's Word on the radio.
We are excited about what God is doing through this ministry and look forward to seeing
how He will use it in the future.

Word of Truth Radio Program: Radio Talk Show
Pastor Brandon hosts a weekly talk show that airs Saturdays at 6:00 p.m.on KKMS 980
AM.  The Word of Truth Radio Program is a look at the world through a biblical
perspective.  Topics include personal salvation, false religions, Christian living and much
more.  The wide range of topics and Pastor Brandon's "shoot it straight" attitude make this
program both exciting and fun.  We invite you to join the program either by listening on
your radio or by streaming online at www.kkms.com.

Children's Church & Bus Ministry
Children's Church is a terrific ministry, having church geared for kids.  Every Sunday
morning, our church bus picks up kids from our local area and brings them to our
Children's Church program.  Kids have a great time memorizing Bible verses, playing
games and listening to exciting Bible stories.  God has used this ministry in a great and
mighty way.  We hope to see Children's Church continue to grow and continue to add
more bus routes to this exciting program.

Homesteaders:  Home School Co-Op
BBBC fully supports families who have decided to home school their children.  We have
started a ministry to help families get started as well as encourage those who are
currently schooling their own children.  Homesteaders offers legal resources and official
forms to assist home school families.  We provide monthly field trips, chapel services and
classes to teach children practical skills, such as vehicle maintenance, carpentry skills,
pioneering skills and much more.  It is a comfort to have such a support group of families
who believe in this noble task.

Nursing Home Ministry
Nursing homes are largely an untapped ministry opportunity.  Many people in nursing
homes find themselves lonely and afraid.  Loneliness and fear can create ripe soil for
people to seek the Lord.  We want to help those who are at the end of their earthly life
find eternal life through Jesus Christ.  We encourage residents, through singing special
music and Bible devotionals, to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour.  This is a
great need in any community.  We want to make a difference in every life this ministry
touches.

Nursery Ministry:  Church Nursery
BBBC provides child care for all church services.  We believe that quality child care is an
important part of our services.  That is why we have strived to create an environment in
which all children are well cared for.  Numerous safety precautions and our child check-in
system have allowed us to offer a safe, clean, and organized child care service.  Knowing
the Lord puts a high value on children, we want to reflect that in our church as well.

Teens for Christ:  Youth Group
Teens are under an unbelievable amount of pressure from this present evil world.  We
want to help and encourage the teens of our church to surrender themselves to the Lord.
Teen for Christ is a way in which teens can fellowship with other Bible believing friends
and have fun at the same time.  We provide not only games and fun time, but also times
when they are challenged by God's Word.  We need teenagers who are sold out to the
Lord, and that is the goal of this action-packed program.

Soul Winning:  Community Outreach
Soul winning is a job that many churches are no longer laboring in.  We are commanded
by the Lord to "preach the gospel to every creature".  That is why we put a high priority on
witnessing to lost people.  You will often see people from our church street preaching,
door knocking or handing out Gospel tracts.  We also know that because of age and/or
disabilities, not everyone is able to participate in these activities.  Because of that we
started a Gospel tract mailing program.  Once a month our fellowship hall becomes a mail
room, where we have sent our thousands of Gospel tracts to local residents.

Christians Serving Veterans
Our community has one of the largest domiciliary for vets in the state of Minnesota.
Minneapolis has one of the largest veteran hospital in the United States.  We believe that
this is a field that needs to be harvested.  We are working with John Tantanella (CSV) to
organize a ministry to reach out to those who have served our country faithfully to
preserve our freedom.  We are working to befriend veterans and soldiers to share with
them the message of Jesus Christ.  Many are confused and don't know where to turn.  We
want to be a light to them in this time of darkness.

Prayer Meetings
We put a high value in the power of prayer.  Not only is it important for every Christian to
be praying individually, but also with other believers.  We encourage many different
venues to pray as a church body.  We have a weekly prayer meeting for men, which is
held in the loft in our church.  We also have a monthly ladies prayer meeting, where the
women of our church praise and seek the Lord.  Along with that, we have a monthly
prayer meeting in the homes of alternating church family members.  We seek the Lord on
our knees, thanking Him for what He has done and praising Him for who He is.  Prayer is
an important and sustaining part of our church family.
